Sunday isn't really an introverted moment and i have to be "on" in a way that my extroverted clergy friends don't, but the context of worship and community helps. I have known some depressed introverts who use being an introvert as justification for not connecting to folks. Correspondingly, I'm wondering whether the introverted, more reticent person is at a disadvantage. Seems like, under this rubric, we should say that "quiet, introverted people should not apply" for ordained ministry.
